We are currently looking for an Area Sales Manager to ensure the further development of the company on the international market such as South America, Southeast Asia and/or Europe.
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-going, social and excellent relationship builder used to work with a consultative selling approach. You will establish strong relationships with distributors within your market, who has the expertise of the products and drive business together. As a professional you will have the freedom and responsibility to develop and drive the business on the long term. Being part of an open, dynamic company with no limits and where a lot is up to you, you will report directly to the Sales Director. The role entail travel (approx. 80-100 days).
Your main responsibilities towards your respective market includes
- Finding new business and developing the existing customers into long lasting relationship
- Working as an ambassador on your market and presenting the company in a professional way whilst ensuring a strong follow up towards the customers
- Ensure the delivery of the orders whilst having full budget responsibility
- Setting business plans and strategies and ensuring an action plan to expand the business
- Be able to adapt and communicate to different people and cultures
Profile
- At least 7 years’ experience in B2B sales with international sales experience
- Experience from relevant industries, the automotive industry is a plus
- Good understanding of the dealership businessExcellent in English and Swedish (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus)
- Ability to work autonomously, take responsibility and develop excellent long term relationships with a feeling for driving business
- Having a lot of energy and working in a structured way whilst being able to manage your time and set your priorities
