The Buyer has a period of 30 days after the receipt of the goods to withdraw/return goods. To exercise this right, fill in a return form and send it to info@slp.se . Find a Return Form further down this page.
Parts must be returned unused in original and unbroken packaging. The consignment shall be duly packed.
In the event of missing or damaged original packaging, a reduction in value takes place. Impairment is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Shipment costs and responsibility for the transport risk are the Buyer’s responsibility.
Upon return, a fee of 15% will be discounted from the refund. Before sending the consignment, a return order will be sent from SLP. Mark the package clearly with the order number and include the return order to ensure the correct processing in our warehouse.

After receipt and control of the returned goods, SLP will contact the Buyer in order to agree on the amount to be returned.
